Joan Weber is a Project Coordinator for Lifelong Faith Formation Services. She also coordinates the Young Adult Ministry Services at the Center. She holds a Master's degree in Pastoral Ministry with a Theology Emphasis from Creighton University, a Certificate in Advanced Studies in Ministry Development, and a Certificate in Faith and Justice. Joan co-authored Intergenerational Faith Formation (Twenty-Third Publications), and the Celebrating the Sacraments and Responding in Prayer intergenerational sessions and magazines for the People of Faith: Generations Learning Together series from Harcourt Religion Publishers. Joan has 35 years of experience as a high school theology teacher, diocesan coordinator of young adult ministry, and a national trainer in youth, young adult and catechetical ministry.
Jim Merhaut is holds a Master of Science degree in Religious Education from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh. He is the author and co-author of several books and dozens of other publications, including the award-winning book, Your Catholic Family: Simple Ways to Share the Faith at Home. Jim is also a contributing author for the Catholic Faith and Family Bible. Jim's most recent publication is Gratitude Journal: A Journey of Transformation. Jim is a 24-year veteran in Church ministry having worked in parish, diocesan, Catholic school, university, and retreat center settings. He most recently served as the President and CEO of Villa Maria Education & Spirituality Center. Jim has offered keynotes, retreats, and workshops around the country, specializing in family spirituality and intergenerational catechesis. He is also a professional musician. Jim and his wife, Debbie, have five children and reside in Ohio.
